we have a plan for you. If you list your home with us, we will Stage your home FOR FREE! If you already
have a Realtor, that's ok too! Our goal is to decrease the number of homes on the market and get you on your
way to your next home. At "Another Staged Home" we have a variety of services available to meet your budget
and timeframe. Our full service capabilities offer you the following options:
Every project starts with your phone call to us. After determining your situation and needs, we will come out to your
home for a FREE Evaluation. After a thorough inspection is made of the interior and exterior of your home, we will
make a decision about the necessary changes to Stage your home. You will then choose if a) you want a
"Staging Consultation" where you will to do the Staging or b) you want a "Staging Bid" where we will do the Staging.
"Staging Consultation" - if you want to do the Staging yourself, we will consult with you, take before photos and
will prepare a detailed written report of what exactly what needs to be done to complete the Staging project. This also
includes one hour of fine tuning where we will come back and tweak what you have done - once the recommended work is
completed.
"Staging Bid" - if you want us to do the Staging for you, we will come to your home to get a feel for what needs to
be done and take before photos. Within 24 hours we will present you with a "Staging Bid". As we Stage your home, you will
also receive additional marketing exposure due to our association with www.stagedhomes.com.
